
Reginald was a batboy and player for the Indianapolis Clowns in the Negro Leagues. His book, "BASEBALL’S SILENT GENOCIDE: How They Cut Black Youth Out of Baseball," co-edited by Ilunga Adell and George Grant, shares his experiences in the Negro Leagues and addresses the decline of black youth participation in baseball.
